Swapnil Prabhu

Swapnil Prabhu is the Co-Founder & President, Exeliq Group. In addition to the strategic role, he oversees the Consulting and Product development vertical at Exeliq with a sharp focus on developing innovative solutions for our clients.

Swapnil is a transformational leader with a track record of high-level performance and rapid advancement across organisations and geographies. He has a stellar track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business and technical plans in a high growth environment.

Swapnil offers technical leadership in complete data solutions, cloud migrations and server less computing in various open source technologies and on topics including innovation, technology’s impact on business inclusion and diversity. In his earlier role, he was a Technical Architect with Zurich, where he managed predictive analytics, big data platform and migrating big data analytics and data science platform to MS-Azure. He was instrumental in the company migrating their data centre to Azure with significant process improvements.

He holds a B.E from the University of Mumbai.

Strategic Advisor

Shrenik Randive

Shrenik is a Strategic Advisor to Exeliq Group of companies. He advises the Board on Strategic Planning and Project Management activities across the Group companies in US, Canada & India. He brings his expertise across geographies and global organisations to chart a strategic roadmap and develop expansion plans for the Group.

His insightful thinking is vested towards balancing the interests of the company and other stakeholders by ensuring long-term growth that is both sustainable and profitable. He has been the catalyst in driving Exeliq Group’s Diversification initiatives and improving customer experience.

Shrenik has over 16 years of experience in multiple roles and as a program management to global companies. Shrenik has held leadership roles and extensive experience with other consulting organizations.

He holds a B.E and an PGDBM from NICMAR.

Executive Director

Chetan Rao

Chetan has been working in the financial services industry for more than a decade. He started his career With CRISIL, India’s largest Credit Rating and was responsible for new product development and designing innovative analytical models. He has also worked in the Corporate banking team of ANZ Bank handling the MNC portfolio of the bank and covering Telecom, power and IT Services. Following this, he was an investment banker with the TRUST group- One of the Top 3 investment banking firms in India in their BFSI and Private Corporate vertical. He works closely with C-level executives of companies on their credit risk models which involves identifying credit and pricing risk, collections and technology integration across platforms and ecosystem partners. He believes that the insights gained through evaluation of numerous business models in the tech-enabled lending space has helped shaped his analytical understanding and piqued his interest in tech-enabled businesses.

Since 2015, Chetan has been associated with Exeliq Group to chart out the Group’s expansion into newer geographies and technologies. Chetan is an ardent support of the increasing role of technology in finance and believes that there is great potential to harness the synergies of the combination.

Chetan holds an M.B.A degree from University of Mumbai along with a Bachelor’s in Engineering. Chetan currently serves as Executive Director in Tesseract Solutions Private Limited and serves on the Board of Exeliq Consulting Inc. Canada

Head, HR & Talent Management

Jaya Bhargava

Jaya Heads HR & Operations at Exeliq Consulting Inc. USA and Canada. She leads Human Resources Management, Performance Management & Talent Development at Exeliq with a sharp focus to ensure that the employees feel a sense of pride and satisfaction in working for the Exeliq Group. She is leading Exeliq’s efforts to create more value for the customers as well as the local communities that our companies function within.

Her expertise in HR is re-imagining talent practices to create a truly human work environment. Jaya is a strong supporter for diversity and equality and endeavors to develop a collaborative work culture in the Exeliq Group.

Jaya has over 5 years of experience in human resources roles in IT companies. Earlier in her career, she was leading HR & Immigration roles, responsible for designing and implementing new policies and employee engagement programs.

Jaya holds an M.B.A degree, specializing in Human Resources from University of Mumbai.
