Jaya Heads HR & Operations at Exeliq Consulting Inc. USA and Canada. She leads Human Resources Management, Performance Management & Talent Development at Exeliq with a sharp focus to ensure that the employees feel a sense of pride and satisfaction in working for the Exeliq Group. She is leading Exeliq’s efforts to create more value for the customers as well as the local communities that our companies function within.
Her expertise in HR is re-imagining talent practices to create a truly human work environment. Jaya is a strong supporter for diversity and equality and endeavors to develop a collaborative work culture in the Exeliq Group.
Jaya has over 5 years of experience in human resources roles in IT companies. Earlier in her career, she was leading HR & Immigration roles, responsible for designing and implementing new policies and employee engagement programs.
Jaya holds an M.B.A degree, specializing in Human Resources from University of Mumbai.
